What We’re Looking For:

As a paid search specialist, your primary role would involve creating, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. You’ll also be collaborating with team members responsible for media buying and display advertising on social media advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Adroll, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases that your target audience uses when looking for SaaS or WordPress-related solution
  • Ad Copy Formulation: Craft compelling ad copy that brings results through paid searches
  • Landing Page Optimization: Create/optimize dedicated landing pages that align with your ad campaigns
  • Conversion Tracking and Analytics: Set up, analyze, and utilize conversion tracking and tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and optimize them
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Continuously test and refine your ad campaigns. Experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and landing page variations to optimize performance and drive better results.
  • Remarketing and Retargeting: Assist in implementing remarketing and retargeting campaigns to re-engage with website visitors who didn’t convert initially
  • Work and assist the CEO and the Marketing Manager to help achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify, assess, and prioritize new/existing business opportunities.

  • Be open to feedback from the team on any improvisations or corrections

Skills Required

  • Sound knowledge of all marketing channels and how digital promotions work (inbound marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, video marketing, etc.)
  • (Preferred and prioritized) Be a skilled ad copywriter
  • Has a clear idea about how the software industry operates like managing digital assets, pricing, customer support, transactions, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient team player and collaborator

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in the paid search field
  • (Preferred and Prioritized)1 year of experience in the Software Industry
  • Relevant certifications will be a plus

Educational Qualifications

  • No preference. What matters is your skills and experience.

Additional Info:

Working Days

  • Weekly 5 days. Sunday to Thursday. 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary Range:

  • 30000 to 40000 BDT/Month (Based on your experience.
