Job Description / Responsibility:

Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for sales collateral (PDF and PPT), digital ads, onsite promotional materials (banners, printed collateral), etc.
Create layouts, edit videos and graphics for Company Website and other Social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
Assist marketing team with edits to digital asses (email, landing pages, content downloads) inside our board, or other selected web marketing tools
Coordinate with the marketing and UX departments to confirm marketing objectives, creative direction, and brand consistency
Manage design revisions and approval of artwork and information accuracy
Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
Has an impressive track record and an outstanding design portfolio.
Analyze and extend the features of our existing products in terms of usability and UX
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to develop long term research plans
Adapt and innovate research methods to deliver the right insights for the problem
You regularly study new things
Be ready to self-organize and self-manage and make own decisions about what to do in order to deliver the result;

Requirements

Proven graphic designing experience
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, XD)
Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes, and techniques
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
Good understanding of color science and combinations
Good time-management skills
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time

Educational Requirements:

– Preferably Graphic Design graduate.
– For the people who have at least 3+ years, Educational qualification may be compromised for experienced candidates.

Working Days

– Weekly 5 days. Sunday to Thursday. 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary Range: –

– BDT 30-45k (Based on your Experience )
