Job Title: UX/Product Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Translate product requirements into engaging user experiences that balance aesthetics and functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define design requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Present design concepts and user journey insights to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Plan and conduct user research sessions, usability tests, and A/B experiments to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and propose data-driven design improvements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design language by creating design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to drive innovation.
- Work closely with UX research teams to enhance product features and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of design solutions and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Exceptional creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design rationale to diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment through effective self-organization and collaboration.
Educational Qualifications:
- Preferably Graphic Design graduate.
- Relevant hands-on UX/Product design experience may be considered in lieu of formal education for exceptional candidates.

Additional Info:
Working Days:
- Weekly 5 days. Sunday to Thursday. 8 AM to 5 PM.
Salary Range:
- 40,000 to 60,000 BDT/Month (Based on your experience)
