Job Title: UX/Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Translate product requirements into engaging user experiences that balance aesthetics and functionality.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define design requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
Present design concepts and user journey insights to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Plan and conduct user research sessions, usability tests, and A/B experiments to gather actionable insights.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and propose data-driven design improvements.
Develop and maintain a consistent design language by creating design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to drive innovation.
Work closely with UX research teams to enhance product features and validate design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of design solutions and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Exceptional creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design rationale to diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment through effective self-organization and collaboration.

Educational Qualifications:

Preferably Graphic Design graduate.
Relevant hands-on UX/Product design experience may be considered in lieu of formal education for exceptional candidates.

Additional Info:

Working Days:

Weekly 5 days. Sunday to Thursday. 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary Range:

40,000 to 60,000 BDT/Month (Based on your experience)
