What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Build Partnerships – Find, evaluate, and establish relationships with influencers, agencies, blogs, and key players in the industry.
  • Outreach & Affiliate Marketing – Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow partnerships and affiliate collaborations.
  • Content & Video Creation – Be confident in front of the camera to create engaging video content for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram campaigns.
  • Market Research & Strategy – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Support – Work closely with the Marketing Leads and CMO to drive business growth.
  • Deadline Management – Stay on top of tasks, ensuring timely execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking – Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Feedback & Growth – Be open to feedback and continuously improve your skills through training and mentorship.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent English Communication (both verbal and written) – IELTS/TOEFL certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Digital Promotions (SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, video marketing, etc.).
  • Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills to build long-term partnerships.
  • Comfort in Front of the Camera to create promotional videos for campaigns.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, partnerships, outreach, or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in the software industry (SaaS, WordPress, or digital products) is a big plus.
  • Business, Marketing, or English background preferred, but experience matters more than degrees.

Educational Preference:

  • People from Business discipline/English Medium background will be prioritized
  • People from other disciplines/backgrounds with solid work experience are encouraged to apply

Additional Info:

Working Days:

  • Weekly 5 days. Sunday to Thursday. 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary Range:

  • 25,000 to 40,000 BDT/Month (Based on your experience)
