We are looking for a specialist in Community Management with preferred experience in the software industry (SaaS, AI, and WordPress) to join our amazing marketing team at XpeedStudio as a part-time remote hire!

What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, moderate, and maintain multiple communities for us around our digital products, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase user interaction and build excitement.
  • Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create compelling content that resonates with the community.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates within the community.
  • Monitor and analyze community metrics to measure the success of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community management to bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
  • Be open to feedback from the team on any improvisations or corrections.

Skills Required

  • Sound knowledge of all marketing channels and how digital promotions work
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Efficient team player and collaborator
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and fundamentals is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably in the software industry (SaaS, AI, or WordPress)
  • Expertise in managing Facebook and Discord communities, as well as online forums

Educational Preference

  • No preference. What matters is your skills and experience.

Additional Info:

Working Days

  • Weekly 20 hours (minimum 5 days a week)

Salary Range:

  • Up to 400 USD/Month (Based on your experience)
