What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and affiliations with key players, agencies, influencers, and valuable prospects in the industry.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership efforts with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for partnership development.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnerships.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Work and assist the CEO and the Marketing Manager to help achieve business goals.
Must meet DEADLINEs!
Be open to feedback from the team on any improvisations or corrections.

Skills Required

Impeccable command of the English language, both verbal and written. Having IELTS/TOEFL certification will be prioritized.
Sound knowledge of all marketing channels and how digital promotions work (inbound marketing, SEO, paid media, influencer marketing, video marketing, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Efficient team player and collaborator
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

1-2 years of experience in the business development/partnership field
(Preferred and Prioritized)1 year of experience in the Software Industry
Relevant certifications will be a plus

Educational Preference

People from Business discipline/English Medium background will be prioritized
People from other disciplines/backgrounds with solid work experience are encouraged to apply

Additional Info:

Working Days

Weekly 5 days. Sunday to Thursday. 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary Range:

40,000 to 60,000 BDT/Month (Based on your experience)
